 Feb 18- I did 40 push-ups and 60 curl-ups

Feb 19- I did 40 Pushups and 60 curl-ups with a half-mile run around my neighborhood 

Feb 24- I ran a mile and did 40 pushups

March 2- I did 50 pushups and 60 curl-ups  with a little walk in the afternoon.

March 3- 60 curl-ups and 50 push-ups 

March 4-  60 curl-ups and 50 push-ups 

March 5-   60 curl-ups and 50 push-ups 

March 6-  60 curl-ups and 50 push-ups 

March 7-  60 curl-ups and 50 push-ups 

March 8-  60 curl-ups and 50 push-ups
