Mental Fitness Season 2

Feb 17- I took a minute to meditate and find peace.
Feb 18- I laid down in total silence for 2 minutes to try and clear my mind.
March 2- I just took some time to listen to music at night with headphones on


Sep 13- At night I laid down put on my headphones and let my mind free releasing any negative thoughts.
Sep 14 - Same thing as last night I put on my headphones listened to music and gazed off.
Sep 15- Right after finishing class i sat in silence for 3 min to see what my mind was thinking once i noticed what i had in mind i either kept it or made it go away depending if it was a positive or negative thought
